They represent a particular challenge in today’s societies, in which the encounter and cooperation between people with different values as well as mutual dependency are increasing. crossborder factory builds on intercultural issues in order to ensure the development, together with a network of partner organizations, of future-oriented concepts that deal in a productive manner with cultural diversity and different value systems present in our societies.

With ccCompass we offer an innovative method, in collaboration with our partner organisations, in order to help develop companies and organizations where people with different cultural backgrounds and experiences can work together productively.
